Hoeper Primary Care Symposium to coincide with Plaza Art Fair

KANSAS CITY, Mo., (Jul. 24, 2017) – The Research Foundation will host the 2017 Hoeper Primary Care Symposium the same weekend as the County Club Plaza Art Fair.

The symposium is Friday, September 22 at the Holiday Inn Country Club Plaza. The symposium will provide primary members of a health care team with the tools and knowledge they need to identify and treat various conditions of their patients. Primary care physicians, advanced practice nurses, nurses in acute and ambulatory care settings and allied health professionals are recommended to attend.

Attendees are encouraged to register for the symposium and enjoy the County Club Plaza Art Fair. The art fair encompasses nine city blocks and welcomes a crowd of more than 250,000. It features 240 artists and is a top-ranked, national art event with three stages of live music and more than 25 featured restaurant booths. A special room rate is available Thursday, September 21 and Friday, September 22 at the Holiday Inn County Club Plaza. 

The symposium, sponsored by the Bixby Institute, The Research Foundation, and Kansas City Southwest Clinical Society, offer physicians six (6) AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ and nurses six (6) contact hours.
