The Research Belton Foundation and the Cass County Oral Health Coalition have partnered to establish The Cass County Dental Clinic (CCDC). The clinic provides a wide range of dental services for low income and uninsured children and adolescents from birth through the age of 20.
Services provided include x-rays, exams, fillings, extractions, pulp therapy, crowns, cleanings, sealants and fluoride varnish.
The CCDC educates families on oral disease, daily habits, and changes in behavior or choices that will reduce the risk of dental disease, and serves as a resource for the community on oral health issues and recommendations. Its goal is to increase access to high quality, compassionate and culturally sensitive dental services, while empowering families to live healthy lives through oral health education.
