 ed to attend the class on Friday\, March 20\, please call 816-276-4900 to 
 reschedule. All rescheduling must be done via phone.</b> \n\nYTOP is a six
  hour program from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on select Fridays at one of two area hosp
 itals. Participants are asked to arrive by 8:45 a.m. for check-in and must
  present their photo ID. Attendees should bring lunch or $5-$8 to purchase
  lunch in the cafeteria.\n\nThe cost to attend the class is $70. <b>The $7
 0 YTOP registration fee will appear on your credit card statement as a cha
 rge from The Research Foundation.</b> Payment must be received at the time
  of registration. Class registration is limited and is provided on a first
  come\, first serve basis. Registrations are not accepted after the Wednes
 day prior to your class.\n\nNo-shows and those participants rescheduling f
 ewer than 10 days prior to their scheduled class date will be charged an a
 dditional $35 rescheduling fee. You must call 816-276-4900 to reschedule. 
 Rescheduling cannot be completed online. There will be a $25 processing fe
 e if a cancellation is requested.
